The parking situation was chaotic. They advertised private parking but it was based on availability, leaving us stuck waiting for spaces. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited choices and poor quality coffee. The location wasn't ideal, too far from major attractions without decent restaurants nearby.

A mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with a bath. Marvellous location, 4-6 minutes walking distance from Piazza Trento Trieste, appreciated this place.

The location was central, efficient to the cathedral of Bologna. Liked our perfectly clean room with bar fridge and the European-style building. The staff that checked us in was accommodating and pleasant...

Everything was great, marvellous location near to centre as well as the city center, really really nice experience. Throughout the day staff were incredible and accommodating.

The welcome treats were an excellent touch, and I loved the delicious breakfast selection with freshly made pastries. The staff was attentive, especially Francesca, who went out of her way to accommodate my needs. The hotel is conveniently close to public transport.

I was travelling in a group with friends. The hotel is really well located for pedestrian access to the historic centre of Bologna. Very clean and tidy, staff very helpful and friendly. Small parking facility available (free). Comfortable rooms and decent breakfast buffet.

Some traffic noise but that's to be expected due to location. Unfortunately, despite indicating preference for non-smoking room via Booked.net, we were in a room that was clearly a smoking one as evidenced from ash tray and smell in room. A quick spray with "Oust" and the room was fine.

Size of the room and there's a fridge for the guest. Air conditioning working well for summer.

The reception staff does not seem to have thorough local knowledge, in regards to facilities near by: restaurants, hair dressers etc., but they did endeavour to find out the answer. Also there is no provision of any food other than frozen/ pre-pacaked food, although breakfast was included in the rate.

The hotel was super convenient for visiting the local market and the University area. We enjoyed the comfy rooms and the free parking was a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a treat with croissants left out for late risers.

The air conditioning in the room was controlled from the front desk, a bit inconvenient at times.

The rooms offer a spacious feel and solid, comfortable furniture, a step up from many other budget hotels. Easy, free parking is a nice perk for those driving in, and there's a fantastic restaurant nearby that should be on your itinerary.

Noise from the street can be a significant issue, especially for those in street-facing rooms, impacting sleep quality. Bathrooms are notably tight. Breakfast quality is inconsistent-expect stale bread and a lack of fresh options on some days, and Wi-Fi struggles in the rooms. Air conditioning control being limited to the front desk adds extra hassle . The distance to the city center can be a drag, with a shortage of decent eateries nearby.

Rooms are spacious but basic. They provide comfortable furniture without the charm typical of Italian hotels. A great feature is the complimentary parking. While the breakfast options are decent, I found the coffee lacking and the yogurt didn't stay cool for long. The nearby Osteria dei Cavalieri offers an really good dining experience, a highlight of the stay, especially for risotto lovers.
